The B&B is a colorful 800 sq. ft. adobe with a small living room, fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms and a bath. The main bedroom has a king-size bed. The second bedroom has two twin beds. There is also a third room available that is connected to the house by a porch but with a separate entrance. It has two twin beds that can also be converted to a king-size bed. All three rooms share one bath with a shower.

Rates

One Bedroom: $100/night
Two Bedrooms: $125/night
Three Bedrooms: $150/night
(Rates are half off for subsequent nights)

 
Rates include a Southwest Mexican style breakfast.
Dinners are often available for an extra charge upon request.
The closest restaurants and stores are in Sierra Vista and Sonoita, both half an hour away.

Our site is surrounded by The Coronado National Forest, the Audubon Research Ranch and the Canelo Hills Cienega Preserve of the Nature Conservancy which, that together with their combined riparian zones, provide a rich habitat for wildlife and make it one of the most desired birding areas in the southwestern United States.

We are located 70 miles southeast of Tucson and 17 miles south of Sonoita, AZ.  We are also 15 miles west of Sierra Vista and Ft. Huachuca.  Our climate is on the average 10 degrees F cooler than Tucson during all times of the year.
