A photo essay of Juan Morales, an elderly Mexican gentleman, who would periodically come and visit The Canelo Project for short stays.  When on-site, he would graciously share his life-taught skills that were very typical of Mexican cowboys of his generation.  This essay portrays a handful of simple and sustainable living practices through which he brought hand-crafted beauty to the world around him.  This is clearly our least known book, but by far, one of our most popular and published by The Canelo Project.
